2001 SHIRAZ
(Bronze Medal) Nose: Intense complex mix of blackberry, black pepper and spice. Palate: Intense mouth filling berry & spice flavours
balanced by firm but silky tannins. Overall: A full flavoured Shiraz that is very easy to drink
now. Has enough strength and complexity to develop through till 2010. Food? Roast lamb, steak or any full flavoured meal. |
