Colour: Brilliant, pale straw/green/yellow.

Aroma: Intense and complex, honeysuckle, guava, tropical fruit with hints of spice and citrus.

Palate: Full flavoured and fruity without being sweet, a complex mix of flavours and wonderful length. Finishes clean, dry and crisp with just the faintest hint of spritz.

Overall: A well balanced, complex and flavorsome wine to drink now or over the next 2 to 3 years.

Food? Tender chicken fillet with a spicy satay sauce served with saffron rice.
Asian curries and full flavoured fish.
